Transport Damage
For possible transport damage SkinArt assumes full liability.

Right of Return
You have the right to return all products within 14 days after receipt with no costs for you and without any reasons given for your decision. The deadline commences with the receipt of products and with you possessing this information about your right of return. In the case of a return of a product the contract becomes invalid. If the product is obviously damaged or has obviously been used, SkinArt can require compensation. You can prevent such circumstances if you refrain from using or damaging the product.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping by us will be done with the reserve that we are delivered by our business partners in time. If product(s) is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know immediately and a possible advance payment will immediately be returned to you. If not agreed otherwise, we will deliver within a week after receipt of your money on our account.

Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The goods remain the property of SkinArt as long as they have been paid for.

Warranty
Legal warranty terms apply. The legal terms of warranty amount to two years and begins when product(s) is received. Our obligation of warranty usually means that product is replaced by us. Damaged products can only be sent back by you after we have agreed to. There is, however, no right of return outside EU countries. All specifications in our catalogs concerning measures are nominal pars. Colors and shades can be slightly different from those of the originals. All information concerning appropriateness and application of our products, particularly as to their tolerance on your body, have been made to the best of our knowledge.

Limitation of Liability
Claims for indemnity against SkinArt, their legal substitute and against their assistants are excluded unless wantonly negligence on SkinArt’s , their representatives‘s or their assistants’s sides can be proven. This does not apply in case of injuries concerning life, body and health. We point out that we are not liable for damages concerning your health which are caused through improper use of our products. Data Protection
We process personal data, which we need for processing orders and for maintaining customer relations. We also take it for granted that you can contradict at any time to your personal data being passed for advertising purposes. Jurisdiction
The contracts which apply to these General Business Conditions are based on German jurisdiction. Application of UN-regulations on contracts about international purchases of goods is excluded.

Severity Clause
Should a piece of regulation of this contract be ineffective oder should the contract contain a gap which should be filled, then the remaining of the contract’s regulations are not affected. Such an ineffective regulation or gap will be substituted by a similar regulation aiming at an economic purpose of the agreement, which would have been agreed upon by the parties, if they had known about the ineffectiveness of that regulation.
